1 General Provisions & Definitions

3 Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to bdh33 immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bdh33 are handled through secure and verified methods. Payment methods currently accepted on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not permitted.
• bdh33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and hold it pending if necessary.

Any transaction linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be cancelled immediately, and the associated account may be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bdh33's current welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement.

Additional rules regarding bonuses:

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will remain in the balance until the wagering requirement is met.
• bdh33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is used inappropriately or through manipulation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bdh33 offers various types of games and betting options including cricket betting, sportsbook, slot games, and live casino. All games follow fair and transparent procedures.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bdh33 reserves the right to reclaim any payout incorrectly issued due to a technical error.
• If manipulation or fraud is found to have affected the outcome of any game, all winnings associated with that outcome will be forfeited.
• Specific market rules may apply separately in sports betting.
• bdh33 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdh33 platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Opening an account using false or forged identity documents.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Bonus manipulation or misuse of bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward bdh33 staff or other users.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.

• Failure to pass identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• For legal reasons or by order of a regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure, the user will be notified appropriately and any valid balance (excluding bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been met) will be returned.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
